Due to the nature of the product once you complete your purchase the wig is non refundable. Colored wigs are custom orders and cannot be returned after purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: Our wigs do not come pre-styled. You have to style the unit to get the original texture and looks you see in our pictures and videos.

What to do when you get your unit:

1. Spray the hair with water until it is fully damp.
2. Section the hair and apply a leave-in conditioner or curl cream.
3. Detangle each section with a detangling brush, starting from the ends and working upward to enhance the natural curl pattern.
4. Allow the hair to air dry completely.
5. Once dry, use a wide-tooth comb or afro pick to add volume.
6. Detangle the hair regularly to prevent matting.
