Due to the nature of the product once you complete your purchase the wig is non refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: Not all our wigs come pre styled. You may have to style the unit to get the desired texture and looks you see in our pictures and videos.

What to do when you get your unit:

1. We recommended spraying the hair with water till it’s fully damp. 
2. Section the hair and apply product (leave in conditioner or curl cream )
3. Detangle each section with a detangling brush from the ends up to achieve a natural curl pattern or use finger curls. 
4. Leave hair to fully dry
5. Use a wide tooth comb or afro comb on completely dry hair to add volume.
6. We recommend detangling the hair often to avoid matting.
